Burn Fat and Keep Fit - My New Mission In Life!

Corpulence! Chubby! Undertall!

All these words does not hide the fact that we are F A T !!!

"Oh, you are not fat... just a little on the plump side" ... as if 'plump' means being as rotund as the turkey that was served at Thanksgiving.

I am sick and tired of being called Fat!

So right now, my mission in life is to "BURN FAT and KEEP FIT!"

I kinda figured out that if I do not want to suffer from health issues, confidence issues and sexual issues, I need to have an issue about losing some weight. And I mean lose lots of cellulite and oil deposits.

And it is going to start now!

12 minutes a day! That is all I need!

Well, that is what this $7 report I found at www.BurnFatKeepFit.com says.

It has simple exercises that one can do every day for just 12 minutes and I aim to work it out to burn some fat and to keep fit so that I can live healthily.

Visualize your ideal body... it's already there, just waiting for you to claim it! I know... I used to be fat. At 5' tall I weighed in at 190 lbs... wow! Now I weigh around 120, but I'm not sure cause I haven't been on a scale in years. I never dieted, just thought myself thin. You can do it, too. Just spend a little time each day picturing what you want to look like and your subconcious will take over...
